WHAT’S OUR WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY?

We follow Wilson County School System’s schedule so if they cancel school due to weather we will also be closed.

WHERE DO I PARK IF THE FRONT PARKING LOT IS FULL?

We have another parking lot behind the studio that offers lots of parking spots! Simply pull into the Ballet Adora parking lot on the right hand side of the building and pull around the corner. You will see spots available there!

NEED TO KNOW WHAT DANCEWEAR TO BUY?

If you order from the link above (our dress code favorites!) it will be shipped directly to your home and if you need to exchange anything you can call The Dance Store in Murfreesboro at 615-203-5616 or take it in to their store and they will get the right size for you!

In order for dancers to be able to dance to the very best of their ability they need to be dressed properly. We are strict with our dress code to insure that dancers are safe, in uniform with their classmates, and honor the tradition and art form that they are learning. Thank you for your help in this!

Ballet Dress Code for Girls

  • Black or pink leotard

  • Pink ballet tights

  • Pink ballet shoes

  • Optional pink or black ballet skirt

  • Hair is worn in a tidy bun or if it’s very short, just pulled back away from their face

  • Older dancers should wear sport bras for support and comfort while dancing

Ballet Dress Code for Boys

  • White t-shirt

  • Black shorts

  • Black ballet shoes with white socks

Jazz, Lyrical, & Contemporary Dress Code for Girls

  • Any color leotard

  • Pink, black, or tan tights

  • Optional dance skirt, shorts, or leggings

  • Jazz or ballet shoes, dance paws, socks, or bare feet

  • Hair is worn up out of the face

Jazz, Lyrical, & Contemporary Dress Code for Boys

  • Solid color t-shirt

  • Soft and comfortable shorts or pants

  • Jazz or black ballet shoes, socks, or bare feet

Tap Dress Code for Tap for Girls

  • Any color leotard

  • Pink, black, or tan tights

  • Optional dance skirt or shorts

  • Black or tan tap shoes (we highly suggest ordering from the link above or getting fitted for shoes at The Dance Store in Murfreesboro for best fit & comfort level)

  • Hair worn up out of the face
