All Ballet Adora classes from Primary 3 & up will be taking part in Peter Pan (that includes Jazz, Contemporary, & Lyrical). The auditions are for casting the main roles in the show and are open to any Ballet Adora dancers!

Sept 16th at 6:00-7:30pm - Ages 7 (as of April 30th 2024) to 12 year olds

Sept 23rd at 6:00-8:00pm - Ages 13 & up

Rehearsals for the show are going to be on Mondays at 5:30-8:00pm. This doesn’t mean that if you’re cast in a role that you have to be there every single Monday or for the entirety of the 5:30-8pm rehearsal - that’s just the amount of time that we’ve blocked off to be used for rehearsals overall. If your dancer is cast in a role you’ll receive a rehearsal schedule for your character so you know what to plan for!

In order to cover the cost of one on one training with teachers to learn choreography & receive individualized instruction dancers who are in the main cast (i.e. dancers who are at rehearsal every Mon) will have a rehearsal fee of $65 per month to cover the cost of teacher’s time and dancers who have rehearsals less frequently (a couple times a month) will have a rehearsal fee of $45 per month. The cast list will be announced on Oct 4th & rehearsals will begin after fall break!

We are putting together the rehearsal schedule right now so that parents are able to know what the schedule will look like ASAP!

We are having two separate casts so there will be 2 dancers cast in every role.

What type of characters interests you (a silly character, the villian, or someone who's really dramatic for example)

Which time commitment are you most comfortable with? Some roles rehearse almost every Mon and some roles only have rehearsal once or twice a month. Younger dancers will rehearse earlier in the evenings with older dancers rehearsing later in the evenings. Every dancer will be needed at rehearsal on Mondays during the end of April thru the month of May (there will not be an increase on any rehearsals fees!)

By submitting this form I understand that if my dancer is cast in Peter Pan I will make rehearsals on Monday evenings our priority and will not miss rehearsals unless my dancer is sick. I understand that if my dancer misses more than two rehearsals per semester (for anything other than being sick) they will not be able to participate in the role.

I understand that if my dancer is cast in a main cast role (i.e. a role that requires them to be at rehearsal once a week) there is a $65 per month rehearsal fee to cover the one on one instruction they will be receiving. I understand that if my dancer is cast in a role that requries them to be at a couple Monday rehearsals per month (instead of every week) the fee is $45.

While we can't guarantee any specific roles in the show which roles in Peter Pan most interest you and why?
