Cate Reeder

Administrative Assistant

Cate is a founding member of Ballet Adora and she was in the very first class that was held in 2013! She began dancing in 2008 and took part the The Nutcracker as a baby snowflake. She danced with Adonai International from 2011 to 2012 and she trained extensively in ballet and pointe at Ballet Adora and began assistant teaching in 2016. In the summer of 2018 she danced at Nashville Ballet and in the summer of 2020 she took part in the rigorous summer dance intensive at Ballet Magnificat in Jackson, MS.

Cate played the lead role of Much-Afraid in Ballet Adora’s 2019 performance of Hinds’ Feet on High Places, Peter Pevencie in The Lion, the Witch, & the Wardrobe in 2021, Alice Henderson in Christy in 2022, and celebrated her senior year by dancing her favorite solo, Burn the Ships, in Ballet Adora’s 10th Anniversary Show in 2023.

Cate taught Beginning Ballet, Primary 1, and Primary 2 from 2021 to 2024 and this semester she’s moved into the role of administrative assistant overseeing day to day operations at the studio and coordinating shows by being our prop manager. We are so thankful for her!
